RENTING TABLES FOR YOUR EVENT:

Rectangular Tables - Best for significant or informal events.   

Rectangular tables are a popular choice for corporate training events and family picnics.  Big D Party Rentals offers a standard 30" banquet width that is popular for dining. If you need space for floral arrangements on the table, our "King Table," which measures 8' x 45", is a perfect match.  The most popular rental table for seminars or classroom configuration is our 18" width conference table.  The conference tables can also be utilized when space is limited.  Rectangle tables are often used in a functional capacity for buffets, refreshments stations, and job fairs.  

Round Tables - Best for interaction and formal events.

Round table rentals are the most popular choice for weddings, nonprofit galas, and corporate events, as they promote conversation among guests.  An added benefit is that there is room for centerpieces and floral arrangements—an excellent choice for "round Table discussions" during training and workshops. The round table, by design, has no isolating corners or blind spots; everyone at the table is given to the other guests.  

Square Tables - Best for versatility, as they're easy to push together to accommodate larger parties. If you need to have the flexibility of changing table party sizes on the fly, then the square table is a great choice.  Square folding tables also allow you to change your floor plan as you transition from small to larger groups.  Larger Square tables also leave space for floral design in the center of the table. 

Children's Tables - (Often referred to as Kids Tables) - Having guests feel comfortable at an event is critically important.  Adults and Children both benefit from having kids' tables.  They're perfect for kids' birthday parties and can be dressed up for more formal affairs.  

Cocktail Tables - (Often referred to as High Tops, Hi-Boy, or Pedestal Tables) - Ideal for reception and cocktail hours or events without a meal  Cocktail tables encourage guests' networking and mingling. Cocktail tables are a must for areas around the dance floor and bar areas.  Cocktail tables work great with or without bar stools.  If using outside, it's suggested to use a 132" round linen paired with a chair tie to keep the linen in place and not blowing in the wind.   

Communal Tables - great for cocktail parties or added height to your event. Communal tables are perfect for adding a bar height seating or as a stand-alone without barstools. Big D Party Rentals offers both communal tables that are modern and sleek in design as well as communal to match our rustic farm tables.  

King Tables - The perfect rectangular table rental when you need room for centerpieces,  floral arrangements, or serving family-style meals.  The King Table is 8 ft. long but is a full 45" wide compared to the standard 8ft folding table that has a width of 30".   

Serpentine Tables- helps move guests through a buffet line. Serpentine tables are not only functional by maximizing space and giving easy access to food and beverage. Serpentine tables also add a design element to your event. Big D Party Rentals 

Stainless Food Prep Tables- best for food prep tables and cooking demonstrations. Big D Party Rentals offer 4' x 24" x 38.5" tall NSF-certified stainless steel on locking casters.

Sweetheart Table- Best for wedding couples celebrating their big day. Getting married is one of the most important days of an individual's life, and the focus should be on the team. Sweetheart tables can be round, rectangular, or half round table. Sweetheart tables can be paired with a classic Chiavari Chair or a love seat. 

Umbrella Tables- ideal for providing shade to attendees. Big D Party Rentals does offer umbrella table linens with an umbrella pole opening in the center of the linen; please see our selection of tablecloths.
