Big D Party Rentals offers Customer Pick Up and Return at our Carrollton Warehouse, which is conveniently located next to The Addison Airport near Dallas North Tollway. Our Customer Pick Up is South of Gorge Bush Expressway and North of I-635 (LBJ Express, making it a quick drive from Downtown Dallas, or any DFW Suburb. If you need help with directions or want to know if your items will fit into your specific vehicle please give us a call at 214-239-3054.
STEP 1 - Please contact our Front Office by phone at 214-239-3054 or email us at info@bigdpartyrentals.com. We're here Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to noon to help you with your order and answer any questions you may have about our rental inventory.
STEP 2 - Arrive on your pickup day and look for the Customer Pick Up and Return signs (the red arrows will lead you to the 3rd driveway on your right).
STEP 3 - Please pull into one of our designated CUSTOMER PICK/RETURN parking spots or back up to the bottom of the ramp. Our friendly Customer Pick Up Team Members will confirm your order and load all of your rental items into your vehicle. All we need from you is your signature.
STEP 4 - Rental Item Return - Your return date will be listed on your Rental Agreement. You will pull into the CUSTOMER PICK/RETURN area and our team will unload all of the rental items from your vehicle.
