4 Party Rental Tips for a Successful Portable Bar
Ice, Ice Baby . . . Do you have enough Ice?
Bar Service is a critical component to a successful event or wedding. A good rule of thumb is to have 125 lbs of Ice for every 50 guests if your chilling and serving beveages.
Barware and Glassware Rentals, how much do I need?
It's impossible to correctly guess exactly how much barware and glassware will be needed for your special event but a good rule of thumb is one drink/glass per hour per guest. If you're event is a 3 hour event, plan for 3 glasses per person. If planning a champagne toast, make sure the champagne flutes are stored separate from the bar, in order to insure everyone can participate.

Keep your adult beverage list simple and easy, offering a selection of beer, and wine, or beer, wine and a specialty cocktail, keeps costs low and the line in front of the bar short.
