(July 7th & 8th, 2024 - Arlington, TX) The 94th Midsummer Classic was held at Global Life Field. Major League Baseball kept fans excited and entertained with the All-Star Village which was held at the Choctaw Stadium (the former home of the Texas Rangers. There were over 1,000,000 square feet of interactive exhibits, spread out over the Stadium, North Lawn, and E Sports Stadium.
Our Big D Party Rentals Team had the opportunity to provide baseball fans with lots of shade and comfort during All-Star Week. We installed several stages throughout the activation areas. It's always a privilege and an honor to work alongside world-famous organizations like the MLB.
(May 2023 - Frisco, TX) Our Team at Big D Party Rentals had the pleasure of installing vendor tents and event rental equipment for The Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards at The Star in Frisco, TX. It allowed our team to work alongside some of our favorite vendors to create an important event for the North Texas Community.

The Troubadour Festival, a Texas BBQ & Music Experience. The Festival included 42 of the best barbecue joints from across Texas. As well as some of the most celebrated Texas Country Music Legends. The Red Dirt Music Line Up includes the Legendary Pat Green, and Josh Abbott Bands. Along with Stoney LaRue, Cody Canada & The Departed, and Kyle Nix & the .38's.

Big D Party Rentals installed all of the event and vendor tents at Frisco's Oktoberfest at The Star. This is a behind-the-scenes video of the post-event takedown that went into the early morning hours. Our experienced team was able to quickly able to safely remove all of the event rental equipment. We utilize the most advanced equipment in the industry, which gives us a substantial difference in our install and take-down times, over our competition.

Big D Party Rentals was given the task of creating a high end wedding space at a clients home in the heart of Uptown Dallas. This was a real exciting opportunity for us to create the clients vision of a tented area for guests, as well as seating outside in their beautiful lawn. The client had hired one of the best luxury wedding bands in Dallas (Georgia Bridgwater Band) and rented a portable stage under the wedding tent. They also requested a white outdoor dance floor in front of the stage. The 20' x 60' clear top wedding tent was installed on the slopped driveway and the Big D Party Rentals install team was able to use flooring to level the slope and create a flat floor for the tent. The space was completely transformed and it was a magical night for the couple who danced under the stars with friends and family.
