(May 2023 - Frisco, TX) Our Team at Big D Party Rentals had the pleasure of installing vendor tents and event rental equipment for The Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards at The Star in Frisco, TX. It allowed our team to work alongside some of our favorite vendors to create an important event for the North Texas Community.
The Troubadour Festival, a Texas BBQ & Music Experience. The Festival included 42 of the best barbecue joints from across Texas. As well as some of the most celebrated Texas Country Music Legends. The Red Dirt Music Line Up includes the Legendary Pat Green, and Josh Abbott Bands. Along with Stoney LaRue, Cody Canada & The Departed, and Kyle Nix & the .38's.
Big D Party Rentals is a proud member of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) and we were honored to be an Event Sponsor for the 25th Anniversary Gala at On the Levee event venue in Dallas, TX. .
Big D Party Rentals was given the task of creating a high end wedding space at a clients home in the heart of Uptown Dallas. This was a real exciting opportunity for us to create the clients vision of a tented area for guests, as well as seating outside in their beautiful lawn. The client had hired one of the best luxury wedding bands in Dallas (Georgia Bridgwater Band) and rented a portable stage under the wedding tent. They also requested a white outdoor dance floor in front of the stage. The 20' x 60' clear top wedding tent was installed on the slopped driveway and the Big D Party Rentals install team was able to use flooring to level the slope and create a flat floor for the tent. The space was completely transformed and it was a magical night for the couple who danced under the stars with friends and family.
Big D Party Rentals had the opportunity to work with Lamborghini Dallas, for their grand opening celebration event held in the newly remodeled and expanded showroom in Richardson, TX.
Pat and Emmitt Smith Charities Team Up with Big D Party Rentals for Mask Drive to benefit DISD (Dallas Independent School District)

Big D Party & Event Rentals (Carrollton, TX) President and Owner, Pete Willis, explains how the Coronavirus, impacted the business. He reveals how the Team was quickly able to pivot from setting up Weddings and Corporate Events, to setting up COVID-19, testing tents, and installing tents.
