Pipe and Drape Rentals

Our standard black pipe and drape rental is an industry standard for trade shows, conventions, conferences, job Fairs and expos.  The standard exhibit booth is comprised of a 8ft tall x 10ft wide black pipe and drape backwall and a 3ft tall x 10' deep black pipe and drape booth divining wall.  The 10' x 10' booth is the most popular size but often trade show organizers will have a premium booths available in 20ft, 30ft, and 40ft exhibit spaces.

How Do You Measure for Pipe and Drape?  – We rent pipe and drape by the linear foot, so you will need to know how many linear foot of drape is needed.  Simply put a linear foot is the measurement of a straight line, for example if you wanted to drape a wall with 12ft tall drape and the wall was 50ft wide, you would order 50ft linear feet of 12ft tall black or white pipe and drape.  

If you're measuring for a tradeshow you will find our Tradeshow Booth Layout Guide helpful as often you can you utilize both sides of the pipe and drape backwall if you have booths on either side.  When calculating the number of 3' tall black pipe and drape dividing walls needed, please keep in mind that if you have multiple booths in a row, the dividing wall can be a shared wall.

How Much Does It Cost to Pipe and Drape?  – If renting pipe and drape for a trade show or convention, you will need the total linear footage of 8' tall pipe drape as well as 3' tall pipe and drape.  Our 8ft tall Pipe and drape rents for $5.50 per linear foot and our 3' tall pipe and drape rents for $3.50 per linear  Once you have the total linear footage you can input it into the following calculation. 

Total Linear Foot (8ft Tall Pipe and Drape) x $5.50 = Cost of 8ft Tall Pipe and Drape 

Total Linear Foot (3ft Tall Pipe and Drape) x $3.50 = Cost of 3ft Tall Pipe and Drape 

Cost of 8ft Tall Pipe and Drape x Cost of 3ft Tall Pipe and Drape = Total Cost*
