Reservations and Payment:
Event Equipment is reserved upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit. The full balance of the order is due prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 1 business day prior to delivery.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept checks from Corporations, Churches, Organizations, and Schools. We are unable to accept personal checks.
Standard Delivery | Pick Up Service:
Our standard delivery/pick up service is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
After Hours | Before Hours Delivery Service:
After hours and before hours delivery and pick up is available for an additional fee. Please contact one of our event consultants for pricing.
Specified Delivery | Pick Up:
Deliveries and Pickups can be scheduled for our specified delivery service and will guarantee delivery/pickup within a one hour window of your choice between 8am to 5pm. This service must be arranged prior to delivery/pick up day and can be limited by the number of specified time requests we receive for a given day. The charge is $85.00 per specified Delivery/Pickup window.
Customer Pick Up | Return:
Our Customer Pick Up and Return warehouse is conveniently located in the North Dallas area (3237 Commander Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006). Our Customer Pick Up Staff will load items into your vehicle and unload upon return.
Setup & Takedown:
Setup and takedown service is available with arrangements made prior to delivery or pick up.
Chair Setup: $0.50 per chair
Chair Takedown: $0.50 per chair
Table Setup: $1.00 per table
Table Takedown: $1.00 per table
Pick Up:
All china, silver, utensils, etc., should be rinsed free of food and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Linens should be dried and placed in provided laundry bags. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked and ready for pickup. All items should be assembled in a single location, ready for pickup. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Rates and Long Term Rentals:
Our rental rates are based on a 24-hour period. Weekends are considered a one-day rental. Long term rentals are available. Please contact one of our rental associates for rental pricing.
Responsibility:
Responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will apply for lost or damaged items.

Our inflatable rentals are perfect for children's birthday parties, school carnivals, and family reunions. We have a variety of bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses to choose from. Our inflatables are safe and clean, and they are sure to provide hours of fun.
We have everything you need to feed your guests, from concession machines to coolers and beverage dispensers. Our concession machines include popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cone machines, and we offer a variety of beverages to choose from. We also provide tables and serving equipment.
We offer dance floor rentals for weddings, proms, and other special events. Our dance floors are available in different sizes and styles, and they can be customized to fit your event theme. We also provide lighting and sound equipment to create the perfect dance party atmosphere.
We offer party packages that include everything you need for a successful event. Our packages include tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, and food and beverage rentals. We can also customize a package to fit your specific needs and budget.
