Big D Party Rentals opened for business in McKinney, Texas in 2006, offering Party and Event Rental Equipment as well as Special Event Tent Rentals. We offer a wide range of rental products and services to our customers, including party tents and chair rentals. As well as stage rentals, table linens, and tabletop decor items as well. We have been helping DFW event and wedding clients for over 15 years celebrate life's milestones.

From a traditional wedding to corporate events and casual parties, we offer everything that you need. At Big D Party Rentals, we are confident you will be pleased with the qualify of rental items and the excellent service of our staff.

Outside of Delivery Coverage Area – If you do not see your city above, please contact our office, often we can deliver to your area (a minimum order may apply to orders outside our coverage area).

Customer Pick Up and Return - We also offer a Customer Pick Up and Return option for smaller orders. This is a great cost saving option as there is no additional charge to pick up and return. Our Customer Care Team will load your vehicle at time of customer pick up and unload upon your return.

Our Customer Pick Up / Return Hours:

Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm

Saturday - 9am to 12 Noon

Sunday - Closed

If your event date falls on a Saturday you may pick up Friday anytime 8am to 5pm or Saturday 9am to 12 Noon, and return on Monday 8am to 5pm. You will only be charged for a 1 day event rental.
